What is your education and training?

  • Master of Science degree in Health and Nutrition Education from American College of Healthcare Sciences

  • Post-graduate Internship with the well-known Nutritionist and Author, Erin Livers

  • Professional Member and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP)

What is your approach to nutrition?

  • Recognizing that every person is biochemically unique, I understand that individuals will respond differently to diet, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. Together we will work to develop a protocol that is personally designed for you.

  • Illness and disease are signals from the body that it needs help and attention to return to its desired state of health. The natural approaches I recommend are intended to empower you and assist your body in its return to wellness. 

  • Nutrition can heal the body.  So can nature.

  • It takes time to heal, to grow, and become our true authentic selves. 

  • Using a science-based approach to nutrition while valuing the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection.  

  • Together we will work to balance blood sugar, hormones, work/play schedules, sleep/wake cycles, and physical activities. 

  • My goal is to empower you to heal your body, to feel more energy and vitality than ever before.  By carefully listening, I will give you the tools you need to thrive!

What is your cancellation policy?

At least a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time or “no-show” will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled session. This policy is to honor the time and energy required to prepare for the scheduled session.

What tools will you use for appointments?

We will use phone calls or zoom meetings. If you are unable to use either, we will use Skype.  But here you have to inform me before the scheduled time.

Expiration Date for One-on-One Sessions:

It is your responsibility to use your one-on-one sessions in a timely fashion. Please use your sessions within 4 weeks of purchase. Again, there are no refunds under any circumstances or for any unused portion of your package.

Email Support:

I welcome emails in between our sessions for quick questions, check-ins, requests for support, or to celebrate a success. I will always try to return an email within 48 hours. If the questions or issues brought up in email require a lengthier response, I may ask that we wait until our next session to discuss it in person.

Taking Action:

Clients that achieve the greatest success in their health and wellness goals are those most invested in making significant changes to their lives. While this looks different with each person, I encourage you to meet with me regularly, ask questions, let me know what you would like to address in our sessions, take notes, journal about your experience, share your wins and express your challenges. You have made such a wonderful commitment to yourself, and I am honored to be here to support and guide you on your journey to greater health and wellness.
